Internal Communication Website
The challenges are about how to improve broken layouts, malfunctioning contents with languages, error messages, used old brand colors, etc. The goal of the project is focused on well-visualized content and layout upon some issues.
The final design presents a new grid system, application with brand colors, and visualization with icons and images instead of texts. The new webpage is worked on organized internal communication information for better accessibility of all employees
Brand Ambassador Program
(Idea, Launch, and Development)
Brand Ambassador(BA) Program is to assist the company in preventing, detecting, and responding to violations of the established branding guidelines. I proposed the original idea of the BA Program, built the SharePoint page for the BA Program, and created all promotional graphics. Besides, I also introduced the BA Program to our colleagues in South Korea and Malaysia and supported recruiting the local BAs.
